Talk to a person.
Two ways in. Ring the number for your country, or send the form and we will come back with a written scope.
Or send it through.
From your message to a plan.
-
A phone call, not an email.
From someone who works in LEAP every day.
-
Fifteen minutes on your practice.
What is stacking up, what system you run, how your files are set up.
-
A written scope.
Which of the thirty-nine, how we would run it, and when we could start.
How your files are handled.
Everything we see on your files is confidential. Our people sign confidentiality agreements before they work on a matter, and privileged material is handled so that your firm’s privilege is not put at risk. The privilege is the firm’s and its client’s, and it stays that way.
We act for more than one firm. Client files, and the people working on them, are kept separate. You get a named person on your account, kept separate from every other firm we work with.
We are support, not a law practice. We do not give legal advice and we do not act for your clients. Your solicitors remain responsible for the legal work.
Your hours, both sides of the Tasman.
Our people sit in Australia and New Zealand and work your business day. Call the number for your country and you will reach someone who knows the practice, not an overflow queue in another time zone.
After-hours cover is available where a firm needs it. Ask us when we talk.
