Seed Legal Assist
About  ·  Seed Legal Assist

The part of Seed built for law firms.

Seed has provided virtual receptionists since 2014, and today covers Australian and New Zealand business. Seed Legal Assist is the part firms asked us to build when answering the phones stopped being enough.

01  ·  How this started

Firms kept asking for the other ninety per cent.

Seed began by answering calls. Law firms were among the first to sign up, and they kept asking for the rest of it: open the file, type the dictation, record the time, raise the bill, chase the debtor.

Moving onto LEAP changed what was possible. Once our people were working inside the same practice management system as the firm, the support stopped being a service sitting outside the practice and became part of how the practice runs.

02  ·  How we work

Four rules that decide everything else.

01

In your systems.

We work inside your LEAP, alongside your Xero or MYOB. Nothing is exported, re-keyed or handed back for you to file. The work happens on your file, where it belongs.

02

To your conventions.

Your matter types, your precedents, your naming, your billing cycle. We learn how your firm does it rather than imposing how we do it.

03

The same people.

You get dedicated people who learn your practice, not whoever is free. Your clients hear the same voices, and your firm is not explained from scratch every time someone picks up.

04

Under your supervision.

We are support, not a firm. We do not give legal advice and we do not act for your clients. Everything we do is done under the supervision of your solicitors.
